During an ongoing collaboration we work with a monthly retainer, this is a payment structure in which you pay a fixed fee each month for a set amount of work to be completed by our design studio.

Retainers are a great solution for your ongoing creative needs as well as consistency within your brands various touchpoints. Time will be allocated in our schedule to accommodate your design requirements. This ensures priority over other studio projects and allows you to plan ahead of time. 

 

Basic needs

10 hours/month (2,5 hours/week)

How it works

  • Retainer agreements begin on the first business day of each month.
     

  • Detailed written briefs (along with all necessary copy, photos and references) need to be provided to me outlining artwork size, any deadlines, formats etc.
     

  • Upon receiving your brief, I will confirm the deliverables, estimated hours, and expected delivery timeline. Projects will be scheduled, created, and sent for your review upon completion.
     

  • You can submit multiple briefs throughout the month or provide them all at once. We can also schedule a monthly Zoom meeting to discuss goals and projects.
     

  • You'll be notified when your retainer hours are depleted. You can wait for the new month's hours or purchase additional hours at your package rate (subject to availability).
     

  • Invoices are sent at the end of each month, including any extra hours used. Payment is required before proceeding with new month hours.
     

  • Unused hours do not carry over. Each month begins with your retainer's set hours available for use, ensuring a fresh start.
     

  • All communication, including emails and video calls, is counted within the retainer hours.
